I am enjoying my time here in melbourne by travelling around. Its really good here. I would advice the students to improve their English before they come here.
From China, i came to know about the college by the help of an agent who gave me informaiton about this college and recommended me to study here. I was required to give an IELTS test and score 5.5 before i get my admission. It took me 1 month to get admission. It was a friendly process.
I dont think there is any scholarship for overseas students studying here. Some students think that they can work part time and pay their fees but that is not possible, with the part time work they can just pay the rental fees. So its best to have your fees arranged before you come here, not after you come here.
I am studying community welfare. Its a course related to welfare of the society and the people. I like reading a lot of books. The teachers are good. We have mainly internaitonal students in our class. The classes are held for 3 days in a week.
As facilities we have internaitonal student office for the students. Getting a work/job here is very hard. I have found it hard. Apart from this course, i study another course called PCA. Its somewhat related to nursing. The reason i took up this course is because it can improve my job prospects. I live in here with my Aunt, its a safe place to live. I havent joined the clubs college because i live far from my college and i also need to work so no time for clubs.
I hope that my job prospects will have increased. I want to keep on studying my Masters Degree. Yes, i will also be keeping touch with my classmates after i finish my course.
