I am enjoying everyday at this tafe, I am learning lots of things and making loads of friends. Adelaide is a safe city and it seems to be my home now. Making friend is very easy over here because people are very friendly and supportive in this city. My advice to the students who come here for further studies is to study hard, dont take too much stress and enjoy every moment at tafe.
Yes, I applied through a representative from my country, they took all the responsibilty of the apllication process. The selection process was not that easy but my representatives helped me out. Obtaining visa was easy.
No, i did not receive any scolarship. If there is any scholarship then one should have a very good transcript and work experience. I dont have any idea about financial assistance and my family assisted me in funding my fees.
I enjoy the teachings over here and the tutors are very supportive. They always encourage students to get involved and mix with other students. People are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have some problem it is taken care of quickly and with ease. The only thing is that the teachers shold be bit more supportive in studies, particularly when we are doing assignments. They need to pay extra attention to all the students. Apart for that everything is good and its good value for money.
The college facilities are very good. Library, cafe, computer pools are all easly accessable. I enjoy the city because it has everything form malls to cinema halls. Local people are very friend and helpful and i stay with an australian and malaysian students who are very helpful as well. The accomodation is very expensive. It is hard to find a job. I have not joined the union.
I am very confident once i complete my sudies i will find a job. yes, i will keep in touch with my fellow alumni. There is an association, but i have not joined it yet.
