ratingSelection process and gaining admission

Tests were easy and one essay was required for my admission process. I did self study. Did not attend any classes. No counselor was required. I did not require a visa as I am a US National. Tickets were easily available. All major airlines fly to the City. I have heard that International students do get a student discount in some Airlines. The airport is about 30 minutes drive from the college. Baggage rules are uniform through out the country. You have to pay for excess baggage. No immigration issues. Dont know about it but I think seniors help incoming students.

I was extremely satisfied with the way my program was structured. The professors were simply great. The lecture halls were state of the art. The main library is huge & is a valuable resource for everyone coming here but for me the Tulane Law Library was more important.

Stayed in an apartment off-campus. Sports facilities are all present. The city overall has a good feel to it but there is some crime which is the case everywhere. The social scene is rocking. There are numerous student societies like the APALSA, SLS, SBA etc. There are many regional moot court competitions along with the national conferences which members of these societies participate at.

ratingJob prospects

The university has a placement cell. Career services offices are helpful with job placements & help in the preparation of the process of applying for jobs also. There are regular workshops etc. The Alumni group is quite active & helps the current students. Alumni are allowed to use the school resources like library & career services which help them stay in touch with not only the school but also students.
