Students can choose from a variety of self-catered residential halls or brand new student apartments. All options have spacious kitchens, lounge and dining areas, with plenty of space to hang out with friends. The Village is located on the University campus and is accessible from Cooinda, Bimbimbie and Telita Streets. The property is only a short walk from University facilities, as well as being within walking distance of supermarkets, shops, cafés, bars, restaurants and banks.

Arscott House: The Arscott House is run by the University of Canberra Students' Association. It offers a catered 214 bed facility close to the University Campus.  Located in Aikman Drive Belconnen, close to the Belconnen Town Centre, it is just a few minutes’ walk to the shops, other amenities and the new restaurants on the Lake Ginninderra foreshore.

Cameron Residences: The University is pleased to announce the opening of our new accommodation facility in 2012. Cameron Residences is a self-catered 220 bed facility that is conveniently located between the Belconnen Mall and the University. This facility is managed by UniLodge and offers studio, share and multi-bed apartment living.

The University of Canberra’s student accommodation website has information on finding off-campus accommodation including an accommodation listing. Off-campus housing options include privately rented residences from a real estate agent or the owner, shared accommodation and temporary housing.

The University of Canberra Homestay Program gives international students the opportunity to live with an Australian family in their Canberra home. It’s a popular choice with overseas students as they can improve their English language skills, as well as enjoy the extra support and security. Homestay can be either full board or part board.
