Scholarships
The University of Queensland is committed to enabling all students, regardless of background or financial circumstances, to realise their full potential. That is why we offer a wide range of scholarships to help students fund their tertiary education.
Scholarships at UQ are awarded for academic excellence, to assist students wishing to undertake research, to provide support for students experiencing financial hardship, to assist elite athletes and to help defray costs associated with overseas study.

UQ Financial Aid
The University of Queensland participates in and assists students to apply for student loan programs offered by their home countries to cover educational expenses while enrolled as a full-time student in UQ programs.
UQ participates in a number of programs, including the US FFEL/ Direct Loan Programs, US Montgomery GI Bill, US Private Loans, Canadian Provincial & Federal Loan programs, UK Career Development Loan program, German Bafög, Norwegian Lånekassen, and Swedish CSN Loans.
