Libraries

MSU has an extensive research collection of over 4.8 million volumes in the main library and several branch libraries spread across the campus. The collection includes over 28,000 print and electronic journal titles, 200,000 maps and 40,000 sound recordings.

Campus Living Services

Michigan State University is home to the largest single-campus residence hall system in the U.S. The residential and hospitality services at MSU provide accommodation options at the residence halls or apartments.

Publishing and Broadcasting

The publishing and broadcasting services at MSU provides vibrant media environment offering university news, quality information and entertainment through public television and radio, student-produced media and university press.

Career Services Network

MSU’s career services network allows students to:

• Search and apply for on-campus and off-campus jobs and internships.
• Sign-up for on-campus interviews and get information on upcoming events, workshops, presentations.
• Access resources to update their resumes and manage career searches effectively.

Computing Services

The Libraries, Computing and Technology Virtualization services offers virtualized services for the MSU community. The academic technology services and administrative information services at MSU have been virtualized.

Sports and recreation

MSU has 12 men varsity squads and 13 women varsity squads for intercollegiate sports. The campus recreation facilities include:
