The Institute of Public Relations of Singapore (IPRS) was established in 1970 as a non-profit organisation. The IPRS offers a wide range of programmes such as talks, seminars, workshops, visits, conferences, career fairs and networking sessions. Currently, the institute is offering the Professional Certificate in Public Relations and Mass Communication, Diploma in Public Relations and Mass Communication, Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications and Bachelor of Communication (Mass Communication) by RMIT.
