Undergraduate construction courses provide the skills and knowledge required for a career in the construction industry, probably at management level. As an undergraduate you will develop technical knowledge of building materials and processes as well as an understanding of the logistics, planning and financial aspects of construction projects. By developing managerial skills you will be well prepared for a career in this industry. There are also courses that address elements of construction design and some civil engineering and built environment courses offer a construction focus.
