The University of the West of England, Bristol boasts of a history that can be traced back to 1595. It has four campuses (Frenchay Campus, Bower Ashton campus, St Matthias Campus and Glenside Campus) across the city of Bristol. In addition to this, the University also has an associate faculty in Gloucestershire along with regional centres at Bath and Swindon. UWE has more than 30,000 students currently studying there. It offers more than 600 programmes at undergraduate, postgraduate, professional and short course levels. First year students are guaranteed University-approved accommodation.
