The Edinburgh School of Food and Wine was established in 1987. It is situated in Newliston, Edinburgh. The School offers 6-month Diploma courses, full-time and part-time cookery courses and one-day courses, to suit people across ages and abilities. The courses are designed to be practical, hands-on and fun. These include Kids Summer Cookery, Diploma in Food & Wine, 4 or 12 Weeks Intensive Certificate Course, Cooking for Food Allergies and Specialist Courses.
