The Institute is a primarily an adult education centre located in London. The courses offered include several subjects from European and Asian languages, full-time and part-time arts, crafts and creative subjects, to Music, Dance, Drama, Business, Film Studies, Skills for Life, English for overseas students, Health and Yoga, Maths and other life skills. There are some courses designed specifically for older learners – for example, Computing for the Retired but virtually all courses are suitable for them and the teachers are expert at encouraging the best out of students of all ages.
