Asbury Theological Seminary was established in 1923 by H.C. Morrison. It is a private institution located in Wilmore, Kentucky. The Seminary is a graduate institution that houses the schools of Biblical Interpretation and Proclamation, Theology and Formation, Practical Theology, World Missions and Evangelism, and Postgraduate Studies. Around 1,700 students are enrolled in the masters, doctors, first-professional and certificate programs at the Seminary. Degrees are offered in the areas of Biblical Studies, Counseling Psychology, Divinity, Ministry, Missionary Studies, Religious Education, Pastoral Studies, Sacred Music and Theological Studies.
