Established in 1893, Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois, is a private liberal arts college that operates out of two campuses: the main campus in Aurora and the George Williams campus in Williams Bay, Wisconsin.Aurora University is organized into three colleges—College of Arts and Sciences, College of Education and College of Professional Studies—that offer the traditional liberal arts like history, psychology, or biology; career oriented undergraduate programs like nursing, social work, business, pre-law, or education; a master's degree in fields like social work, business, teaching, or recreation administration; or a doctorate in education.
