Bard College was founded as St. Stephen's College in 1860. It is located in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York. The College offers the bachelor of arts degree with concentrations in more than 40 academic programs in four divisions: Arts; Languages and Literature; Science, Mathematics, and Computing; and Social Studies. In addition, the Bard College Conservatory of Music and Program in Economics and Finance offers two dual-degree programs. Several MA and MSc programs are also offered by the university, in addition to offering dual degree programs in the graduate level also.
