Bluefield College is a private, four-year, liberal arts college located in Bluefield, southwestern Virginia. In 1922, Bluefield College first opened its doors to students. The College offers baccalaureate degrees in subjects such as business, criminal justice, forensic science, teacher education and Christian studies. The accelerated degree-completion program for adults offers degree opportunities in organizational management and leadership, criminal justice, behavioral science, and e-business and entrepreneurship. The College also has offices and classroom space in Roanoke and Richmond. There were a total of 745 students in the College in 2008-09.
