The College of Saint Rose is a community of scholars focused on gaining knowledge and applying what they’ve learned to make the world around them better. Located in the heart of Albany, the New York state capital, Saint Rose offers a private, independent, coeducational college experience in a vibrant urban setting.
With approximately 4,500 students, Saint Rose has a diverse offering of bachelor’s, master’s and certificate programs. English Language Support
Saint Rose also offers year-round English as a Second Language (ESL) training for international students who need additional preparation for academic course work. This program provides international students with the English skills needed to participate successfully in their academic studies at Saint Rose, and to engage in activities, relationships, and organizations at the College and the surrounding community. Students may be conditionally admitted for academic studies, pending successful completing of ESL coursework, or they may take ESL only.
The College of Saint Rose offers guaranteed annual academic scholarships and financial aid awards to all undergraduate international students.
