Feinstein Institute for Medical Research is a unique disease-oriented biomedical research institution that was established in 1999. It is located in Manhasset, New York. The Institute offers a three-year program which confers a doctorate degree at its Graduate School of Molecular Medicine. This program is highly selective and limited to a total of 12 students, with approximately four admitted per year. In addition to the various research programs, the Institute also offers a College Research Intern Program and community outreach programs.
