Harrisburg Area Community College, established in 1964, is a public institution. The College has five campuses in Pennsylvania located at Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, York and Gettysburg. Harrisburg Area Community College offers degree, certificate and diploma programs in art, biology, business, communications, languages, computer technology, education, engineering, global studies, hospitality, legal studies, nursing, psychology and sociology. The College has an enrolment of more than 15000 students in regular courses and 50,000 students in non credit courses.
