Jefferson College of Health Sciences is an independent, private, health sciences college in Downtown Roanoke, Virginia. It was founded in 1982 and enrols approximately 1000 students. The College offers several majors through its four academic departments, namely community health sciences, nursing, arts and sciences, and rehabilitation and wellness. Within these departments associate, bachelors and masters degree programs are offered in fields like occupational therapy, biomedical sciences, healthcare management, and health and exercise science, to name a few.
