Kent State University was founded in 1910 as a publicly owned institution. It has an eight campus system, the campuses located in Ashtabula, East Liverpool, Geauga, Salem, Stark, Trumbull and Tuscarawas – all in Northeast Ohio. Kent State Trumbull campus offers bachelors degree program in nearly 255 major fields of study and associate's degree programs in applied business, engineering technology and justice studies. The College also offers weekend courses to suit the needs of working executives.
