The Marshall University is a public co-educational research university located in Huntington, West Virginia. It was established in 1837 and comprises of nearly 21,000 students. The various departments present at the university include business, education and human services, fine arts, health professions, information technology and engineering, liberal arts, science, graduate studies, extended education, journalism and mass communication and medicine.
