The Marywood University is a private, co-educational, Catholic liberal arts university located at Scranton, Pennsylvania. It was established in 1915 and comprises of nearly 3,000 students. The university offers courses in art, business and managerial science, communication arts, communications sciences and disorders, human development, education, English, foreign languages, health and physical education, mathematical science, music, nursing and public administration, nutrition and dietetics, physician assistant program, psychology and counseling, religious studies, social work and science.
