North Carolina Central University was founded in 1910 as a public institution. It is located in Durham, North Carolina and enrols nearly 9,000 students. The College offers bachelors degrees in more than 100 fields of study and graduate degrees in an estimated 40 disciplines. The University has several divisions of school dealing with the areas of Business, Liberal Arts, Business & Social Sciences, Science & Technology, Education, Law and Information Sciences. In addition to these, the University also extends honors, distance education, extended and week-end & evening programs for working executives.
