Oglala Lakota College is a public college located in Kyle, South Dakota. In 1971, the Oglala Sioux Tribal chartered the Lakota Higher Education Center. The college awarded its first associate degree in 1974. It offers associates degrees, bachelors degrees and masters degree programs in majors like Business Administration and Management, Business/ Commerce, Business/ Office Automation/ Technology/ Data Entry, Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services, Criminology, Elementary Education and Teaching, Engineering, General Studies, Management Information Systems, Natural Resources Management and Policy, Nursing/ Registered Nurse, Social Sciences, etc.
