Our Lady of the Lake University was founded in 1895 and is an independent Roman Catholic institution of higher education located in San Antonio, Texas. It has a current student count of 2,872. It offers 58 areas of study, including programs in Hispanic marketing, mariachi music education and dual-language certification with any undergraduate degree programs. Pre-professional programs are conduced in pre-dental, pre-medical, pre-nursing, pre-occupational therapy, pre-optometry, pre-pharmacy, pre-physical therapy, pre-physicians assistant, pre-veterinary and pre-law. Besides, several masters, two doctoral programs and an engineering dual degree program are also offered.
