Seward County Community College, founded in 1967 at Liberal in Kansas, started functioning from 1969. The College offers two-year associate programs in science and arts, general studies, applied science and certificates of completion. The students service area offers facilities like housing, personal and career counseling, academic assessment and career services. The College is accredited by the higher learning commission of North Central Association and also by the Kansas State Board of Regents.
