The Unification Theological Seminary, located at Barrytown, New York welcomed the first class of 56 students in 1975. It is an international and interdenominational graduate level Seminary founded by Rev. Sun Myung Moon. The mission of the Seminary is spiritual formation, theological and intercultural understanding, and empowerment to serve. It offers its students three distinct degree programs: Master of Religious Education, Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry. Apart from this, a certificate in Unification Leadership and continuing education courses are also conducted.
