University Of Houston, Downtown is a public four-year undergraduate university founded in 1974. It offers nearly 40 degrees including four graduate programs through the College of Business, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Public Service and College of Sciences and Technology. Masters programs are offered in four disciplines: the MS in Criminal Justice, the MS in Professional Writing and Technical Communication, the Master of Security Management and the Master of Arts in Teaching.
