The University of Phoenix is a private university established in 1976 with the objective of making higher education highly accessible for working students. The University has an enrolment of around 300,000 students from over 200 campuses. It offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in technology, human services, nursing and health care, arts and sciences, criminal justice and security, psychology, and business and management at its Southern Arizona campus.
