University Of Wisconsin-River Falls was founded in 1874 as the State Normal School in Wisconsin. River Falls is located along the Kinnickinnic River. With the founding of the in 2001, The University has 4 colleges, namely, the College of Arts and Sciences; the College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences; the College of Education and Professional Studies; and the College of Business and Economics. The undergraduate curriculum offers a core of liberal studies that supports University degrees in the arts, letters and sciences as well as specialized professional degrees at the baccalaureate level.
