India Excellence Scholarship

Eligibility requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Have already received an offer from Bond University to commence either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Students who have not yet received an offer can apply via the Bond University Online Application Form. The following programs are not eligible for consideration for scholarships – Master of Psychology, Study Abroad and Exchange Programs, Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Physiotherapy.
  • Be a citizen of India and currently residing outside of Australia. Those studying English at Bond University College as part of a packaged Offer are still eligible to apply.
  • Have outstanding academic ability.
  • Not have already commenced undergraduate or postgraduate studies at Bond University.
  • A number of scholarships are provided each semester to students from India, commencing either undergraduate or postgraduate studies at Bond University.

Value details

Recipients are awarded with a AUD $10,000 tuition fee scholarship (paid in two AUD $5,000 instalments over the first two semesters).

Latin America Postgraduate Scholarship

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Have already received an offer from Bond University to commence a postgraduate degree. Students who have not yet received an offer can apply via the Bond University Online Application Form. The following programs are not eligible for consideration for scholarships – Master of Psychology, Study Abroad and Exchange Programs, Bond Medical Program and Doctor of Physiotherapy.
  • Be a citizen of a Latin American country. Please note, applicants do not need to be currently residing in Latin America.
  • Have outstanding academic ability.
  • Not have already commenced postgraduate studies at Bond University.
  • Complete and submit the Latin America Excellence Scholarship Application Form by the scholarship application closing date relevant to chosen starting semester.
  • A number of scholarships are provided each semester to students from Latin America, commencing postgraduate studies at Bond University.

Value details

The Latin America Postgraduate Scholarship awards AUD $10,000 tuition remission and is paid in two equal AUD $5,000 instalments in the recipient’s first two semesters of study.

Europe Excellence Scholarship

  • Be a citizen of a country within Europe and currently residing outside of Australia. Those studying English at Bond University College as part of a packaged Offer are still eligible to apply.
  • Have outstanding academic ability.

  • A number of scholarships are provided each semester to students from Europe, commencing undergraduate or postgraduate studies at Bond University.

  • Currently reside outside of Australia.
  • Have outstanding academic ability.
  • Not have already commenced undergraduate or postgraduate studies at Bond University.
  • A number of scholarships are provided each semester to international students commencing undergraduate studies at Bond University.

Application details

Students must complete the Bond University Online Application Form by the scholarship application closing date. Once an offer has been received, students must complete the Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship Application Form.

Value details

Recipients of the Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship are awarded with 50% tuition remission for their chosen program. The following programs are not eligible for consideration for the scholarships – Master of Psychology, Study Abroad and Exchange Programs, Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Physiotherapy.

English Pathway Studies Scholarship

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Have already received an offer from Bond University to commence either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Students who have not yet received an offer can apply via the Bond University Online Application Form. The following programs are not eligible for consideration for scholarships – Master of Psychology, Study Abroad and Exchange Programs, Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Physiotherapy.
  • Have outstanding academic ability.
  • Complete and submit the English Pathway Studies Scholarship Application Form by the scholarship application closing date relevant to chosen starting semester.
  • Not have already commenced undergraduate or postgraduate studies at Bond University.
  • A number of scholarships are provided each semester to students who have received an offer to study at Bond University, and are required to complete the Bond University English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Program.

The English Pathway Studies Scholarship awards AUD $2,500 tuition remission towards the cost of the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Program.

30th Anniversary Alumni Postgraduate Scholarship

Eligibility requirements

To be considered applicants must:

  • Have previously graduated from an eligible degree at Bond University as per the definitions outlined in the Student Loyalty Discount Policy.
  • Have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.0/4.0 (or equivalent 5.0/7.0) or 65%
  • Applicants must meet the prerequisites and the admissions requirements for their chosen degree.
  • A number of 30th Anniversary Alumni Postgraduate Scholarships will be awarded to student’s commencing in May 2019, September 2019 and January 2020. Scholarships are competitive and awarded based on the applicant’s ability to meet the eligibility requirements, and at the Universities discretion.

Transformer Scholarship

Eligibility requirements

The Transformer Scholarship is open to all students applying for any single undergraduate Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate Master’s degree (excluding the Bond Medical Program). Applicants for the Transformer Scholarship must provide evidence that they meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Strong leadership skills, community involvement and demonstrated potential to affect change;
  • Extensive involvement in extracurricular activities; and
  • Applicants must also meet the entry requirements for their chosen program of study.

Transformer Scholarships offer up to 50% tuition remission for any single undergraduate Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate Master’s degree program (excluding the Bond Medical Program).

Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine Postgraduate Scholarship

To be eligible for scholarship consideration, applicants must:

  • Have a minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0 /4.0 (or equivalent 6.0 / 7.0) or 75%
  • Be applying to study either a Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice, Master of Occupational Therapy or Master of Healthcare Innovations
  • Meet the academic requirements and prerequisites of their chosen program
  • A number of scholarships are awarded annually to international and Australian students commencing either a Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice, Master of Occupational Therapy or Master of Healthcare Innovations.

Abedian Foundation Master of Architecture Award

Eligibility requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Be currently enrolled in the final semester, or have completed*, the Bachelor of Architectural Studies at Bond University.
  • Be currently achieving, or have achieved, a minimum cumulative percentage average of 65% in the Bachelor of Architectural Studies.
  • Submit a portfolio of relevant work produced during Bachelor degree candidature in support of their scholarship application.
  • Be accepted for admission and offered a place in the Master of Architecture degree.
  • Provide a statement and demonstrate, with appropriate documentary evidence, significant financial need.

Bond Business School Postgraduate Bursaries

Eligibility requirements

  • Eligibility is judged on your contribution to the community, whatever form that might take.
  • The bursary is not available to students already enrolled in any of the programs listed above. You must be academically qualified for entry into your chosen program and accept a place in the program if one is offered.
  • Eligibility is not judged solely on academic achievement or financial need, but on your contribution to the community. Examples of judging criteria include community involvement, leadership qualities, artistic achievements, sporting achievements, and other activities where you have been recognised for your contribution.
  • Students who are eligible for any financial aid including scholarship or alumni discount are not eligible for the Postgraduate Bursary.

The bursary comes in the form of a cash payment of AUD $4,200 to help with your living expenses while you study. The bursary will be paid in two equal instalments: AUD $2,100 in Week 5 of the first semester of study and AUD $2,100 six months afterwards.
