Overview

Established in 1942, Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) has grown to be the largest private university in New Jersey and is dedicated to readying students to be responsible world citizens. The university, which has two campuses in New Jersey and two international campuses, offers students a comprehensive range of programs in an atmosphere of warmth and personal attention usually absent at smaller institutions. FDU has remained steadfast in its commitment to broadening horizons and bringing about more international understanding. FDU was the first American university to own a campus in England, through the acquisition of Wroxton College from Trinity College, Oxford University. Today, FDU offers more than 100 degree programs at all levels - associate, baccalaureate, master’s and doctoral - and is poised to serve New Jersey and the world with its expert faculty and varied program offerings.
