The college recently received confirmation of a CAD 2.8 million government grant, awarded over three years, which is part of a CAD 600 million programme aimed at enhancing post-secondary schools’ facilities.
The college will invest this funding into a number of programs at the school including a full renovation of the culinary wing, and brand new food-technology labs furnished with the latest equipment. There are also plans for a new integrated health and wellness facility, which will provide a range of spaces for massage therapy and esthetics programs.
