Thompson Rivers University’s Open Learning platform gives learners the opportunity to study a program of their choice at a time and place that suits their requirements. Be it a specific course module or a full length degree program, TRU, Open Learning harnesses the power of the internet to empower students to fulfil their academic and career goals. Currently, TRU OL offers approximately 590 transferable courses and more than 57 programs. TRU-OL program students have the opportunity to accelerate their credential completion through prior learning assessment and recognition (PLAR) and through transfer credit.
