This degree combines the three-year Bachelor of Design (Fashion) with one year of international studies, giving you all of the outcomes of the standard degree, plus the advantages of a year of specialist international studies. Destinations include the UK, Sweden, Denmark, Hong Kong, the US and Canada.

Entry requirements

For international students

  • Foundation Program Year completed at an Australian University with a final overall grade average of 5.5 (on a 7 point scale) and a grade of 4 or higher in any pre-requisite unit(s).
  • QUT Intensive Program with a grade average of at least 5.5 out of 7 and a grade of 4 or higher in any pre-requisite unit(s).
  • QUT Foundation Program with a grade average of at least 5.5 out of 7 and a grade of 4 or higher in any pre-requisite unit(s).
  • QUT Diploma program with a grade point average of at least 5.5 out of 7; and a grade of 4 or higher in any pre-requisite unit(s).

Prerequisites

Satisfactory completion of Year 12 in an Australian school system or equivalent.

IELTS Academic score of 6.5 with Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking score of 6; TOEFL iBT score of 79 with Listening, Reading score of 16, Writing score of 21 and Speaking score of 18; Pearson PTE (Academic) score of 58 with Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking score of 50; Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) score of 176 with Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking score of 169.
