This qualification is ideal if you are looking to develop broad, entry-level skills for working in a modern office environment, or want to prepare for study in a higher level qualification at Certificate IV level.
In this course, you’ll learn a range of practical skills designing, writing and producing simple business documents and digital text documents, as well as how to create electronic presentations and design and use spreadsheets.
You’ll learn how to deliver and monitor customer service, process customer complaints and recommend products and services, as well as organise personal work priorities and development activities.
You’ll also have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of WHS legislation in the workplace, administer financial accounts and maintain workplace records.
Successful completion of this qualification will prepare you to seek entry level employment across a wide range of administrative roles, or you may like to use this qualification as a pathway to further study.
