What will I learn?

This course is designed for those who wish to apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.

They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

Course Structure

Students will need to complete 12 units of competency to attain the qualification, including 6 core units and 6 elective units.

Entry requirements

For international students

Age:

International applicants must not be less than 18 years of age at the proposed commencement date.

Academic Entry Requirements:

Year 12 or equivalent, or above

English Language Requirements:

IELTS overall score of 5.5 minimum, or equivalent, or

English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS), or

Completion of a recognized Diploma or equivalent, or above in any discipline delivered in English
