Summary
Study this course and gain a leadership role across a range of enterprise and industry sector where you will be using initiative and judgment to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes. You will be using cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyze and synthesize information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others; you also will learn creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.
Course content
BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification requires completion of 12 units which includes 4 core plus 8 electives.
Certification
Students who successfully complete this course will be issued with the AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework) BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management. Students who partially complete this course (a minimum of one unit of competency) will be issued with a Statement of Attainment from BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification for the unit/s of competency successfully completed.

Entry requirement for international students
There is no entry requirement into this qualification, however to study this course at SBTA, the students must:
- Be 18 years and over
- A qualification at a Diploma or Certificate IV level qualification preferred; or
- Other relevant qualification and completed year 12 or overseas equivalent
- Present minimum score of upper intermediate level of English (IELTS 5.5) or;
- Present equivalent results of an English proficiency of upper intermediate level or above from any NEAS accredited ELICOS provider
