What will I learn?

Prepare for junior administrative positions in the care industry and further training with a Certificate II in Workplace Skills. This qualification will teach many skills and routine tasks performed in business administration.

About this Course:

This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of junior administrative positions who perform a range of mainly routine tasks using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a defined context. Individuals in these roles generally work under direct supervision.

This course has a minimum of 15 supervised scheduled face to face course contact hours on campus per week as well as 5 distance / online education hours per week. This comes to a total of 20 hours per week. Students are also required to undertake reading, activities, research, assessments and homework.
