What will I learn?

The accredited Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology prepares graduates to work in roles such as ICT operations, technical and help desk support.

You will receive a broad introduction to a range of information communications technology (ICT) areas including, network administration, technical support, web technologies, software applications and digital media technologies.

Students should have an understanding of the basic operations of a computer, the internet and Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
