The Commercial Cookery program is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in culinary techniques, kitchen operations and hospitality practices. The course develops practical skills and industry knowledge required to work in commercial kitchens, hotels, restaurants and other hospitality businesses. Graduates gain the knowledge and experience needed to pursue roles such as Cook, Chef and Chef de Partie within the hospitality and tourism industry.
