SIT40716 – Certificate IV in Patisserie reflects the role of pastry chefs who have a supervisory or team leading role in the kitchen. They operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems.
Qualification Issued
Completing all the units of competency within this qualification will lead to the issuance of a Certificate IV in Patisserie (SIT40716) including a transcript of all completed units. Students who successfully complete individual units of competency, but not the whole qualification, will be eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment detailing the completed units.
