This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in a variety of marketing roles across different industry sectors that possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and demonstrate a range of managerial skills. Typically they would have responsibility for the work of other staff and lead teams in conducting marketing campaigns.

Course Structure

To receive the Diploma of Marketing and Communication students must complete all core units and, if available, a range of additional units.

Articulation

When you finish this course you can apply to do the Advanced Diploma of Marketing and Communication (R17857A) or other generalist or specialist Advanced Diploma qualifications in the Business Services Training Package such as management.

You may also be able to articulate to degree courses in marketing or equivalent.

When you finish this course you can apply to study the TAFE NSW Bachelor of Business (20514) at Ultimo College or Granville College.
