The Foundation Studies (2 Sessions) program provides guaranteed* entry into the first year of a range of degrees at the University of Wollongong (UOW). This program has been specifically designed for students who have not met the direct entry requirements for a UOW bachelors degree. You'll develop essential study skills and habits such as time management, essay writing, group work, and presentation skills. Additionally, you'll become familiar with the academic standards and expectations of university life.

Stream 1 - Minimum ATAR 40 (or equivalent).
Stream 2 and Stream 4 - Minimum ATAR 40 (or equivalent), plus minimum 60% for Year 12 HSC Mathematics Standard 2.
Stream 3 - Minimum ATAR 40 (or equivalent), plus minimum 80% for Year 12 Mathematics Standard 2
If any of the above entry requirements are not met, application will be assessed on a case by case basis.
