What will I learn?

The combined Masters degree in Criminology and Project Management enables students interested in a career in crime prevention, justice and forensic issues to acquire expertise in the planning, implementation and management of projects and programs. The addition of project and program management skills enables graduates to access more strategic positions in their organisation and to be responsible for overseeing new initiatives involving the management of scope, time, cost and risk. Students graduate with a Master of Criminology and a Master of Project Management upon is combined degree is internationally recognised by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Entry requirements

For students from United States

A degree in health sciences or other related degrees with a minimum GPA of 1/4 (equivalent to 4/7) and the equivalent of one semester of anatomy AND one semester of physiology AND two semesters of behavioural science (for example, psychology, sociology).

For international students

Completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Bachelor degree in a field cognate to the proposed degree.

For Criminology English language score:

Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) - 176 with minimum 176 in Writing and 169 in Reading, Listening and Speaking; IELTS score Overall 6.5 with minimum of 6.5 in Writing and 6.0 in Reading, Listening and Speaking; Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) - 58 with a Communicative Skills score in writing of 58; Test of English as a Foreign Language internet-Based Test (TOEFL iBT) - 85 with a minimum of 24 in Writing.
