This field of study covers topics such as international trade and investment, innovation, globalisation and economic development.
Topics also includes carbon and energy management, international financial management and the international political economy.
You can also choose courses on other topics including strategic management, wise leadership, negotiation, strategic marketing and branding, intellectual property management, and sustainability – or any other postgraduate course providing your choice is approved by the Head of School.
You also have the option of completing a thesis or research methods courses. This also requires approval from the Head of School.

A bachelor degree with a GPA of 5.25; and
satisfy the Executive Dean that you are suitably qualified to undertake study at the partner institution.
A GMAT is not required for entry into the UQ MGMan; however, some partner institutions may require a GMAT with a minimum score for entry into their programs. For these institutions, students must obtain the required GMAT score by the end of their first semester of study at UQ. A commencing UQ student will be required to satisfy the entry requirements set by the preferred overseas partner institutions (including the GMAT with a minimum score of 600) before progression is approved.
