What will I learn?

The Master of Laws in Australian Law and Practice (LLM (ALP)) program is available to students with a law degree from an international jurisdiction. Students who have had their international law degrees assessed by an Australian Legal Practitioners Admissions Board and who have been advised which Priestley 11 areas of knowledge they are required to complete to be eligible to apply for admission as legal practitioners in Australia, may be eligible to apply for this program. It provides students with subjects they require to complement their existing law qualification in essential areas of substantive law and access to a wide choice of law elective subjects. An integrated skills and professionalism program is embedded in the substantive law subjects and focuses on core legal skills essential to the practise of law.
