The Master of Leadership and Management (Policing and Security) from Charles Sturt University (CSU) develops your knowledge and high-level professional practice by analysing the challenges of contemporary executive leadership and equipping you with the skills to meet them.

This course offers three pathways to suit your unique requirements: a focus on executive leadership and international policing; development of a dedicated research paper; or design and development of a work-based project.

Entry requirement for international students

Candidates for admission to the Master of Leadership and Management (Policing and Security) degree shall:

either hold a Bachelor degree in a related area, or have qualified for an equivalent award; or
have completed the requirements of the Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management (Policing and Security) or subjects deemed equivalent by the Course Coordinator.

A minimum overall Academic IELTS score of 6.0 with no score below a 5.5 in each of the individual skill areas (Reading, Speaking, Listening) and no score below 6.0 in Writing, or a qualification deemed equivalent.
