Course Description:
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a defined and limited range of hospitality operational skills and basic industry knowledge. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision.

Student must complete 6 core unit and 6 elective units to finish this course.

Course Duration:
26 weeks or 800 hours. 20 hours per week consisting of face-to-face lectures, supervised tutorials or projects, workshop, case studies, simulated business learning plus self-study and learning log.
