What will I learn?

The Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management is a two-year course, including the Diploma, that equips you with essential skills to make informed and decisive decisions at a senior managerial level in the hospitality industry. This program builds on the skills you have already acquired in the Diploma and teaches you additional valuable skills such as developing a successful business plan, managing conflicts in the workplace, and managing physical assets. The Advanced Diploma also provides elective courses, including responsible service of alcohol, leading with diversity and inclusion in the workplace, stock reception, storage, maintenance and more! Upon successful completion of the course, you will possess the knowledge and skills necessary to be a competent manager in any functional area of hospitality. Job Roles (Possible Careers) After the successful completion of this course, you’ll have the knowledge and skills to be a competent manager in any functional area of hospitality. This includes managerial roles in a restaurant, bar, club, or other entertainment venue.
